The Umbrella Effect Kicks Off Fundraising Campaign Efforts

 
KITTY HAWK, N.C. - June 12, 2013 - PRLog -- The Umbrella Effect Corporation, an up and coming non-profit organization dedicated to providing assistance for families and persons needing immediate financial or emergency care, has kicked off initial fundraising campaign efforts by launching social media initiatives to increase community and national involvement.

"With The Umbrella Effect, we are able to determine who needs immediate assistance, and help preserve those lives and/or livelihood more rapidly for the greater good.” says Renee McDowell, Founder and CEO of The Umbrella Effect. McDowell adds, “We have launched a social media campaign effort in hopes to attract more people to join our movement, whether by donating time or money. Together we can help save lives and change the world. This is the driving force behind The Umbrella Effect.”

The social media campaign efforts include creating a new website to seek donations, a Facebook page dedicated to updates from the organization and utilizing YouTube videos to showcase the efforts of the organization. “The goal of these efforts is to raise $10,000 within the next six months. The money raised will provide clothing to the homeless, assist with food banks, purchase books for kids, and assist with
higher education by offering $500 grant to start off with. Eventually we hope to provide funds for transplants, surgeries, medical supplies for disabled persons and disaster relief assistance.” noted McDowell.
