Don’t Miss the Blues & Brews Sunset Party, Sponsored by Subaru of Hilton Head

HILTON HEAD ISLAND, S.C. - June 12, 2013 - PRLog -- Fun for the whole family will be on tap when Blues & Brews on the Bluff comes to The Bluffton Oyster Factory Park on Friday, June 14. Presenting sponsor Subaru of Hilton Head and the Bluffton Sunset Party Series have teamed up to put together an evening of music, fun, and a wide assortment of craft beers, along with great food provided by local restaurants, all for the benefit of The Palmetto Animal League, a no-kill animal rescue and adoption organization dedicated to helping homeless animals throughout the Lowcountry.

“Last summer’s sunset series went over very well, so we expanded the number of events this year,” said event coordinator Mark Weisner. “I’m excited about Blues & Brews as it is our first Blues event. I'm a big blues fan and have always wanted to host an event featuring local blues artists.”

Here’s what in store for attendees:

Live rock and blues performed by Jeff Beasley, as well as The Groovetones.
A beer garden featuring more than 30 varieties of craft beers.
A food court catered by local restaurants, including Bluffton Oyster Co. Seafood House, Tavern 46, Palm Key Catering, Bomboras Grille, Grandma Battaglia's, Grille Forty Six, Red Stripes, and Fiddleheads Pizza.
A vendor village.
Planned activities for children.
From 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm, The Palmetto Animal League will have dogs available for adoption.

Blues & Brews on the Bluff will start at 5:00 pm and run to 9:30 pm. Tickets will be available at the door for $5, while admission for children 12 and under is free.

Come by boat, bike, or golf cart. This will be a children- and pet-friendly event. Attendees should being their lawn chairs and be prepared for a wonderful evening.
