Customer Service with a Smile Free workshop June 18 for LBI Region Businesses

SHIP BOTTOM, N.J. - June 11, 2013 - PRLog -- As the summer heats up, so does the demand for customer service to welcome visitors back to our area and provide the best possible experience for the regular customer community as well. To help local business owners and management work with incoming staff or refresh long time front line personnel, the Southern Ocean County Chamber has arranged for a Free Customer Service Workshop to take place Tuesday June 18 at the Manahawkin Campus of Ocean County College at 195 Cedars Bridge Road from 8am to 10am.

The workshop entitled "Empowering Your Employees to Make A Difference" is a fun, interactive workshop will begin at 8am and run to 10am, and is part of an SBA grant received by Women's Center of Entrepreneurship Corporation to provide post Sandy services to the area's workforce to advance  the recovery effort.
