Credico USA employees put charity before leisure as they commit to taking part in the Chicago Cares serve-a-thon.

CHICAGO - June 11, 2013 - PRLog -- The USA is the biggest charity fundraising country per-capita in the world. Most sections of our society have reason to be thankful for what we have. At Credico USA we also recognize that we have to put something back into society. “It is very much part of our corporate culture to give our time and raise money for good causes,” said Antoine Nohra CEO of Credico USA.

This June 15, Team Credico USA will be volunteering their time to help those less fortunate.  “There was no shortage of volunteers wanting to give up their leisure time,” said Jean Broaddhus, Director of client relations at Credico USA.

As a part of the Chicago Cares serve-a-thon which kicks off at Daly Plaza, the Credico USA team has committed to spending their Saturday helping Chicago Public Schools in impoverished areas.  They will be assisting in classroom renovations, painting, landscaping parks and play grounds, restoring libraries, building and cleaning to help make Elementary Schools across the City of Chicago a better, more welcoming place when the kids return to school in August.

This is the 20th annual event which over the years has grown massively and it is now the largest single day of community service in Chicago where volunteers come together to meet some of Chicago’s most challenging needs.

“We are all proud of our city and take comfort from the commitment and generosity of spirit that Chicago Cares engenders in us,” said Antoine Nohra.

Credico USA is one America’s fastest growing organizations and has offices in several cities working with some of the USA’s biggest brands including prominent charities. Their aim is assist businesses reach their customers directly and grow their relationships and revenue streams.

The secret is ensuring that their well trained representatives have the sales and marketing tools to engage with a brand’s target audience in more personal manner.

As well as volunteering their services, Credico has also committed to raising $2500 to go towards school supplies and text books. “This is something we wish to continue with on an annual basis,” remarked Antoine Nohra.

The Credico USA team is proud to call Chicago home to the company’s national headquarters and is looking forward to giving back to locals who need assistance the most.
