Woman attempts to cut girls fingers off

June 10, 2013 - PRLog -- Shena Moore discovered a flirtatious text on her boyfriends cell phone, she became furious and with cruel intentions, got her hands on a pair of gardening shears.
According to prosecutors in Mason, Ohio, Moore attempted to cut off the fingers of Brittany Rager as revenge for messages sent by Moores boyfriend, John Gulley.
The alleged attack took place on May 5 when Moore, Gulley and her father, Gerald Moore invited Rager over to a mobile home to discuss the text messages.
At the meeting, Gerald Moore allegedly attacked Rager with a cane while his daughter and Gulley attempted to cut off the victims fingers, Warren County Prosecutor David Fornshell told WLWT-TV.
“They basically put her down on the ground…attempted to cut one of her fingers off with pruning shears,” Fornshell said, adding that the attack was meant to destroy Ragers promising career as a tattoo artist.
Rager described the terrifying encounter being similar to a scene in one of the Saw horror movies to the Cincinnati Enquirer.
“Shena put my pinkie in the shears and said that all of this could have been prevented if I hadn’t just admitted to her that her boyfriend has been cheating on her,” Rager told the paper.
Moore, her dad and Gulley were indicted Friday on felony charges of kidnapping and felonious assault and each face up to 19 years in prison if convicted.
Shena Moore and Gulley are currently being held at the Warren County Jail on $50,000 bonds. Gerald moore weighs in at 450 pounds and was released due to medical conditions he suffers from.
