Capital Lease Group Unveils New Asset Management System to Streamline Billing Processes

BROCKTON, Mass. - June 11, 2013 - PRLog -- Capital Lease Group (CLG), a leading fleet leasing and fleet management provider in Massachusetts, announces the release of a new asset management system that is designed to streamline billing and accounting processes for its customers.

The changes to the asset management system are intended to improve customers’ overall experience and make accounting easier with regard to their leased equipment and vehicles. CLG is pleased to announce that it will begin rolling out the new asset management system beginning this month. Customers will start seeing changes to their monthly billing statements beginning on June 16, 2013.

Working with Fleet Administrative contacts and their accounting departments over the past few years, CLG accumulated recommendations that focus on specific vehicle information – information that will be useful in identifying, tracking, and reordering vehicles for customers’ fleets. And these customer recommendations will be reflected in the changes and enhancements to the new billing system.

• Automatic electronic invoicing

• New and improved invoices, which include:

    o        Vehicle Identification Number
    o        Driver name or program name/number
    o        PO number
    o        Lease begin date
    o        Lease end date
    o        Months left on a lease
    o        Year, make, and model of the vehicle
         §         Unit number, including vehicle-specific outstanding balances

• ACH capabilities

On individual invoices that take place during the month, the new program will allow for better understood and consistent descriptions.
