Wright graduated in 2003 from the University of Minnesota Duluth with a degree in Design and Marketing and earned numerous Design and Humanity scholarship awards prior to graduation. During his college career, he was recognized as a Ronald E. McNair Post-Baccalaureate Scholar and with the University of Minnesota Undergraduate and Graduate Research Opportunity (UROP). He received these honors after writing dissertations on Art and Humanities related to at-risk youth – published in the Ronald E McNair Journal and Family Genealogy – still used as a resource for families looking for lost relatives abroad. Also, during this time, he founded the Youth Empowerment Project and the Brotherhood Empowerment Project, both serving at-risk youth in the Duluth school district.
Mr. Wright is a proven leader, CEO, entrepreneur, husband and father. Additionally, he donates his time and resources to non-profit organizations such as Feed My Starving Children, the Boys and Girls Clubs of America and the Patrick Henry High School after school program in Minneapolis. His passions are spending time with family, fly fishing, and running.
