Taylor Made Marketing Welcomes New Strategic Manager to their Management Team!

HILLSBOROUGH, N.J. - June 10, 2013 - PRLog -- May 14th, 2013 was a special day at Taylor Made Marketing as a new member was promoted into the Taylor Made Management Team.  After a little over a year with the company, Nick Williams joined the management ranks as the newest Strategic Manager.

Williams started at Taylor Made Marketing as an entry level Account Consultant.  In May 2012 after graduating from Villanova University the previous December.  In his time with Taylor Made, Williams worked his way up to strategic manager in just under a year getting promoted in May 2013.  Williams notes, “I worked really hard to be able to become part of the management team, but in retrospect it only took me 1 year to get to where I am now, so the hard work definitely paid off fast!”  

Taylor Made Marketing prides themselves on their management training program, in which employees start off in an entry level position. The Account Consultant role enables the employee to grow and develop into a management role. Throughout the program skills are gained ranging from sales, customer service and public speaking to training, team building and campaign management.  As the newest Strategic Manager, Williams will take on some new responsibilities including: business development, human resources and business finance.  Williams commented, “I think one of the best characteristics anyone in our company can have a great student mentality.  I’m excited to learn new things and expand the skills I’ve already developed.”

When Williams was asked if he had any advice to new or future Account Consultants at Taylor Made team, he quoted Vince Lombardi by saying, "The difference between a successful person and others is not a lack of strength, not a lack of knowledge, but rather a lack of will." Then Williams’ noted, “I didn’t grow this fast because I’m stronger or smarter than anyone, I just knew I would work harder than anyone.”
