June 10, 2013 - PRLog -- EMD Law LLP have stated that, as long as a claimant meets their criteria for a personal injury claim including an accident at work, vehicle accident or a trip or fall where the claimant was not at fault then they will continue to keep the promise of a no-win, no-fee claim.

This has come after the announcement of the Governments new legislation on 1st April 2013, The Legal Aid Sentencing and Punishment of Offenders Act (LAPSO). The new law dictates that strict guidelines are now in place for how claims should be financed in order to avoid the rise in claims for personal injury and the new ‘compensation culture.’

The new legislation stipulates that referral fees from advertising for personal injury claims are strictly banned to reduce the number of potential claimants simply because they do not have the knowledge and expertise regarding personal injury claims such as road traffic accidents and accidents at work.

EMD Law LLP are willing to help potential claimants to decide whether or not there is a claim worth pursuing with a free 30 minute consultation with a promise of a no-win, no-fee service if a case is taken on.

EMD Law is a specialist personal injury solicitors based in Kent with expertise in personal injury claims, employment law and family law with a number other services and advice on offer.
