Attorney Sari Friedman Plays Golf and Sponsors Charity Tournament to Help Disabled Individuals

LONG ISLAND, N.Y. - June 10, 2013 - PRLog -- In an effort to support an organization that provides much-needed services for individuals with development disabilities, Long Island Divorce Attorney Sari Friedman sponsored and played in Lifespire’s 13th Annual Golf Classic. The charity golf tournament was held yesterday, on June 6, 2013, at Cold Spring Country Club. Attorney Friedman is the owner and founder of The Law Offices of Sari M. Friedman, P.C., which provides legal assistance for individuals who are dealing with divorce and many other types of family law matters.

Lifespire, which has served more than 5,000 individuals, is committed to providing the developmentally disabled with the resources they need to live independent and rewarding lives within their communities, according to the group’s website. The organization provides day habilitation services, residential services, pre-vocational services, supported employment, behavior management services and many other types of services. This is the organization’s 62nd year of advocacy for people with developmental disabilities. Lifespire has played an important role in providing disabled individuals with resources for which there is no longer government funding.
