The Nissan NV200 is a utility van that will offer a spacious interior and superior comfort to passengers throughout New York City when it takes over taxi duties this fall.

New York plans to utilize the Nissan NV200 as the official taxicab of New York starting October 31 of this year and continuing for the next 10 years. The current taxis that are in use in New York City will be retired at a rate of about 2,500 per year.
