Launch of free clinically backed Diabetes Manager app

SHEFFIELD, U.K. - June 5, 2013 - PRLog -- The Diabetes Manager app, launched by the UK’s leading independent health website Patient.co.uk has been developed by clinicians and patients with diabetes, to enable people with diabetes to effectively track and record their essential data relating to their condition, such as the number and severity of hypos, blood glucose levels and food and drink intake.

This app is tailored to meet the needs of people who have either type 1 or type 2 diabetes and is completely customisable.
