By: Tate Tryon CPAs M.Acc, The College of William and Mary B.A, Art History, Duke University We are very excited to welcome back Samantha Stach as a staff auditor in the Firm’s Audit department. Sam previously worked at T&T but left in June 2012 to move to North Carolina where she worked as an Assurance Associate for PwC before later deciding to come back to T&T. When asked why she decided to come back, Sam explained, “As a young professional, I wanted to be at a firm where I could be exposed to more of the audit process earlier in my career. I chose to return to Tate & Tryon because their audit approach isn’t cookie-cutter, rather focused on what is unique and different about each client, and each team member is involved from start to finish. Being early in my career, T&T is where I saw the most opportunity to learn the ins and outs of the nonprofit industry.” Michelle Newman-Lomasky, CPA M.Acc, University of Tennessee B.S., Accounting, University of Central Florida Michelle joined T&T this month as a Senior Staff Accountant in the Firm’s Outsourced Services department.
