Snapper Rock Joins Children’s Melanoma Prevention Foundation To Educate Kids About Sun Safety

June 4, 2013 - PRLog -- HINGHAM, MASS (June 4,  2013) – Snapper Rock, a company that creates UV50+ swimwear for kids, is joining forces with the Children’s Melanoma Prevention Foundation (CMPF) to teach kids about sun safety and skin cancer prevention. Snapper Rock’s commitment to encouraging sun safety combined with the CMPF’s mission to teach children proven methods of skin cancer prevention presents the perfect opportunity to help reduce the incidence and impact of melanoma.

Established in 2003, the Children’s Melanoma Prevention Foundation, located in Hingham, Massachusetts, is a non-profit educational foundation that is dedicated to teaching children and their caretakers safe and proven methods of sun protection and skin cancer prevention.
