Making Disney dreams come true

SOUTH PETHERTON, U.K. - June 3, 2013 - PRLog -- Dressing up as a princess and personally meeting her favourite Disney characters, Grace Edemenson, 12, from Taunton, recently visited Disneyland Florida. Grace is Cooper Associates’ ‘Dream Child’ and suffers from Global Developmental Delay, a condition that means she is confined to a wheelchair and experiences problems communicating.  

Grace’s mother, Lynda Edemenson, is delighted to have the support of Cooper Associates, “It was such a wonderful trip for Grace and our family. She thoroughly enjoyed meeting all her favourite characters, especially Minnie Mouse, and experiencing all the sights and sounds of Disneyland. On behalf of Grace and our family, I would like to deeply thank Cooper Associates and Dreams Come True for making Grace’s dreams come true – we couldn’t have done it without you!”

Cooper Associates is a corporate partner of Dreams Come True and raised essential funds for Grace’s Disneyland experience by attempting gruelling challenges, such as climbing Mount Kilimanjaro, trekking the Three Peak’s Challenge, running the London Marathon and cycling from Lands’ End to John O’Groats. Dreams Come True aims to bring joy to children with serious and terminal illnesses and seeks sponsorship from businesses across the country.
