Florida Super Lawyers Recognized Larry R. Fleurantin as a 2013 Florida Rising Star

MIAMI - June 1, 2013 - PRLog -- Super Lawyers is an independent rating service that identifies lawyers who have achieved a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. Only five percent of Florida lawyers are named and recognized as super lawyers, whereas no more than 2.5 percent of all Florida lawyers are named to the Rising Stars List and one must be 40 years old or younger or must have been in practice for fewer than ten years.

Mr. Fleurantin is the managing member of Larry R. Fleurantin & Associates, P.A., a firm that practices primarily civil and appellate litigation.  Mr. Fleurantin has extensive appellate litigation experience.  Many of his firm's appeals have resulted in published opinions.  

Mr. Fleurantin is a prominent legal scholar whose articles have appeared in the Cardozo Journal of International & Comparative Law, the American Journal of Trial Advocacy and the Florida Bar Journal.  Mr. Fleurantin received his B.A. summa cum laude from FIU (2000) and his J.D. cum laude from the University of Florida (2003)  where he served as the Int’l Law Journal senior research editor.
