Showcase Realty Offers Free Educational Workshops to Agents June 12 and Buyers June 18

CHARLOTTE, N.C. - May 31, 2013 - PRLog -- Showcase Realty, LLC will host two educational workshops in June at its main office on 1430 S. Mint St. Suite 106. Sponsorships of both events benefit the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Charlotte

The agent only workshop, Successfully Selling HUD Homes, will take place Wednesday, June 12th from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.  Designed to help agents navigate through the changing HUD sales process, this lunch and learn style session is sponsored by Home Inspection Carolina. Nancy Braun, owner of Showcase Realty, will present the lecture on HUD transactions from listing to closing followed by a message from Preston Sandlin of the sponsoring company.  Attendees will also have the chance to win tickets to a sales training seminar by Southwestern Consulting held the following day at the Blake Hotel Uptown.

The second workshop, Homebuyer Connection: Buying & Investing in Reals Estate is open to the public targeting homebuyers and investors of all experience levels. Special topics will be discussed by the sponsors of this event – Ralph McMillian of McMillian, Terry & Psaroudis Attorneys at Law, and Ronnie Giberson of Supreme Lending.  Braun will give the lecture on how to maximize your investments and effectively negotiate different types of listings.  As the title eludes, this workshop is designed to connect interested buyers with members from different stages of the real estate sales process.

“By informing the public on how to find and purchase affordable homes and giving local agents the information they need to help their clients find and purchase their dream homes successfully,” said Braun, “we hope to give back to our community and aid the much-needed growth of homeownership in Charlotte Metro and surrounding areas.”
