Beats-um-all to Appear at June Car Events

Coming up first on May 31-June 2 is the 8th Annual Spring Break Rod Run in Lexington, Kentucky. This event will be held at 4085 Harrodsburg Rd (off Man-O-War Blvd.).

Well over 3,000+ car enthusiasts turn out the following weekend on June 7-9 at the increasingly popular Spring Cherokee Rod Run. Labled one of the southeast's premier car events, its a festival the car lovers will not want to miss. Enjoy some of the nation's hottest looking cars along with the scenic drives that Western North Carolina boasts at the Old High School in Cherokee, N.C.

On June 14-16 the 25th Annual Moonshine Rod Run in Newport, Tn. Will take place. Owners of more than 400 vintage automobiles and trucks will find their way to Newport City Park with registration for the popular event beginning at noon that day and activities starting at 4 pm.

"We expect about 400 vehicles this year," said Roger Butler, president of Hard Times Street Rods, which sponsors the annual gathering. "For the first time in our history," Butler continued, "vintage motorcycles and tractors will be accepted. We'll also have games, a swap meet, t-shirts and food."

After that, Beats-um-all will join all you Ford Truck enthusiasts at the 7th Annual Great Smoky Mountain F-100 Run on June 20-22 in Pigeon Forge, TN
