Meyer Wilson Founding Attorney Begins Term as President of Central Ohio Association for Justice

COLUMBUS, Ohio - May 28, 2013 - PRLog -- Attorney David P. Meyer is officially sworn in as president of the Central Ohio Association for Justice (COAJ). Ohio Supreme Chief Justice Maureen O'Connor performed the swearing in ceremony for the 2013-2014 officers and directors.

The COAJ provides a united voice for more than 200 trial lawyers in central Ohio and fulfills a mission focused on justice, service, and professionalism. Member committees include Plaintiffs' Personal Injury Law, Claimants' Workers' Compensation Law, Domestic Relations Law, Criminal Law and Probate Law. Members include those who practice in the areas of environmental law, insurance law, social security, securities fraud, medical negligence, product liability, employment law and tax litigation. Those who serve their community and the association are tapped for leadership after a selective vetting process.  Attorneys who continue to excel are nominated as president.

He is a recognized authority on securities arbitration procedure and is often called upon to provide education to investor groups, attorneys and financial professionals concerning investor protection.
