NEW YORK - May 28, 2013 - PRLog -- Attorneys Jeanne Christensen and Brittany Weiner successfully represented an special education teacher whose employer attempted to have her unemployment benefits denied.  

The Honorable Dawn Mark issued an award, in favor of the firm's client, after an in-person hearing was conducted.  The decision sustained a determination by the Department of Labor that the employee was entitled to unemployment insurance benefits.
