Author Charles E. Buchanan was born in Baytown, Texas, where he served as a Scoutmaster for over twenty years and is an Eagle Scout himself. He is a master and instructor of the martial arts system of P’an K’uei Do as well as swords and a variety of other weaponry. Mr. Buchanan is a published author with three previous works to his credit, but he says that the story of “Angie: The Most Beautiful Sound of All” truly came straight from his heart. He currently resides in Canon City, Colorado, where he serves as a sergeant in the Department of Corrections at the Fremont Correctional Facility.
