ICD-10-CM Documentation and Compliance

ROCKVILLE, Md. - May 28, 2013 - PRLog -- On October 1, 2014, medical practices will be required to switch from the familiar ICD-9-CM code set to the more detailed ICD-10-CM code set. According to the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), by the end of 2013, you should have completed the planning stages for ICD-10 and should be performing high-level training for your internal and external teams.
