Lord Green presents Internationalisation Awards in Lisbon.

LISBON, Portugal - May 28, 2013 - PRLog -- At the awards ceremony held at the British Ambassadors residence in Lisbon on the 8th May WIS International was awarded the United Kingdom-Portugal business award.

WIS International www.wis-int.com was one of 11 companies that received the award from Lord Green, British Minister of State for Trade and Investment.

The ‘Internationalisation Award’ is awarded to foreign companies that have invested in the UK by opening companies there. UK trade and investment is actively promoting the idea to foreign companies to open businesses in the UK and benefit from reduced bureaucracy, low corporation tax and still being able to trade throughout the EU with ease.

WIS International has been established for over 30 years with offices in Portugal and the United Kingdom they specialise in business intelligence and due diligence in all Portuguese speaking countries as well as the UK.

Carolina Bettencourt the company’s business manager received the award on behalf of the company, she said, “This is a great achievement for WIS International and it is an honor to receive it”
