2013 – Certificate of Excellence Winners – (City, Excelsior, Eagles Palace)

To qualify for the Certificate of Excellence, hotels must maintain an overall rating of four or more, out of a possible five, in reviews from travelers on Trip Advisor. Additional criteria include the volume of reviews received within the last 12 months.
