Attorney Scott K. Maxwell Opens Law Practice in American Canyon

AMERICAN CANYON, Calif. - May 23, 2013 - PRLog -- AMERICAN CANYON, CA--- Attorney Scott Maxwell has opened his law practice at 43 Toscana Drive in American Canyon.  As a new member of the American Canyon Chamber of Commerce, Scott is excited to be a part of American Canyon’s growing business community.

Admitted to practice law in California, New York, and Connecticut, Scott Maxwell practices in multiple areas of law, including small business formation, corporate law, commercial litigation, environmental law, torts, landlord/tenant, and estate planning.  Scott also does pro bono work in Vallejo, serving as legal counsel at a weekly unlawful detainer clinic, where he counsels indigent clients as to their legal rights in eviction proceedings.
