The education foundation of Memphis Area Association of Realtors awards a Professional designation Scholarship to a real estate professional who shows dedication to the real estate industry, actively participates in the Memphis Area Association of Realtors, and serves as an outstanding citizen by exhibiting strong volunteerism in the community.

Allison Pierce has built her real estate business around the philosophy of “Buy, Sell, Give” and has plans to not only start a non-profit but currently contributes a percentage of each commission earned to help those in need.
