Gardere Partners Named 'IP Stars' By Managing Intellectual Property Magazine

Dubner of Gardere Wynne Sewell LLP have been named to the inaugural listing of “IP Stars” by the publishers of Managing Intellectual Property magazine. A proponent of the cost savings realized through litigation avoidance, Mr. Dubner often identifies third-party IP rights for his clients and provides opinions concerning non-infringement and validity. While his primary emphasis is on patent protection and counseling, Mr. Dubner also is well-versed in strategic litigation management, and copyright and trademark protection and prosecution.
