By: New Generation Publishing The Gift of Osiris tells the story of the rivalry between two brothers, Osiris and Set in TWay (now Egypt) 3500 years before Jesus’ birth. Jealous of his brother, Set builds a bejewelled coffin called the “Coffin of Destiny” to entice Osiris into a competition to have Osiris killed. 5500 years later, the Pope learns of the “Coffin of Destiny” and appoints Gino Bellini as a Cult leader to destroy it. David York, the leader of the Sect which protects the Jesus Blood Line and Holy Grail, searches for the coffin before it is destroyed. The Sect and the Cult are pitted against each other in this epic adventure which is the 2nd novel in the Jesus Blood Line series. Food for the journey and campaign was needed. Weapons were sharpened. Boats prepared. Men trained in the battle plan provided to the generals. Children wept, as their fathers were leaving, and women were ploughed as often as possible by their husbands. The generals liked Joseph’s battle plan. It had an unexpected twist, and to defeat the Atlanteans they needed a surprise as part of the battle plan, and none of the other generals’ plans had any hint of surprise. They relied on a battle of attacking against a smaller army. The four divisions would be led by Generals Ikandar, Kushi, Ptah, and Sayyid. Ikandar would be the most forward of the divisions and lead the initial charge. Heru would command the chariot division, which now had five hundred horses and chariots. This new division was the least trained and skilled, so it would play less of an offensive role than Joseph would have liked, but it still would be important. Hakim and Malik would command the battle from an advantage point. The battle would be led by the pharaoh himself, little Horus, barely two, with his mother Isis, and the Coffin of Destiny would be paraded before the soldiers before the battle. They fought not just for conquest, but also for their Pharaoh Horus and the Coffin of Destiny, which held the fabled Osiris. The fleet sailed on time and reached their destination some fifty kilometres from Cyrene so they could gain some advantage by choosing the ground.” THE GIFT OF OSIRIS can be ordered from Barnes & Noble at: http://www.barnesandnoble.com/ Media Contact: Publisher: New Generation Publishing Contact: Daniel Cooke E-mail: daniel@newgeneration- Tel.: 01933 665 340 End
