Texas Hip-Hop Explosion is Fresh and Kleen

AUSTIN, Texas - May 22, 2013 - PRLog -- Texas hip-hop just exploded with Sir Freshness and Kleen on the scene, together again after ten years of solo careers! The ATX Hip-Hop duo is on fire, scorching feet, with fans heating up to their beats. The two announced “We are representing Austin, TX to the fullest.” The ATX Hip-Hop team is proud of their Austin, TX roots referencing the city in both New Beginnings and Austin Lights, the latest Fresh and Kleen music videos here.

“We stay real at all times. There is no fakeness.” Fresh and Kleen said. Fakeness must be a word from their private dictionary, but Sir Freshness and Kleen won't mind if you use it. A tribute to this claim to stay real at all times, is the fact that their music videos, New  Beginnings and Austin Lights offer two uniquely different, savory sounds. Their love of Austin aside, Sir Freshness and Kleen may find their appeal is more widely ranged than their home base. Time will be a testament.

Fresh and Kleen are representing Austin to the fullest by also putting their money where their mouth is. They have publicly, generously pledged, on-line on ReverbNation, to give 50% of proceeds from the sale of songs on their album Critically Contagious to World Vision. The problem is that on ReverbNation, where the album is posted, www.reverbnation.com/FreshandKleen  the album does not yet have digital distribution. As of now, only the song “Down In A-Town” is downloadable, and all others are streaming only. World Vision responded amazingly and fast to the tornado that inflicted disaster upon Texas on May 16, 2013.  In this instance, it is clear why Sir Freshness and Kleen would want to call attention to the organization and encourage their fans to give something back to World Vision, which clearly helps people in need. Let's hope that distribution situation will be properly addressed as more people in need could benefit from songs sold.

While Fresh and Kleen are similar in name to Los Angeles based, Fresh and Clean Media, a music public relations firm, the ATX Hip-Hop duo are not to be confused, although their public persona are also alike.
