Parkinson’s Recipe for Recovery™ workshop coming to Santa Fe, New Mexico

SANTA FE, N.M. - May 22, 2013 - PRLog -- Howard Shifke fully recovered from Parkinson's disease using a methodology he developed called the Parkinson’s Recipe for Recovery™. He will be presenting a one-day workshop in Santa Fe, NM on June 29, 2013.

The Parkinson’s Recipe for Recovery™ workshop will take place from 10am until 5 pm:

10am -noon. Explanation of Howard’s philosophy of Parkinson’s, development of the Parkinson’s Recipe for Recovery™ during his recovery, and general explanation of the Recipe and how and why it works. Questions and Answers.

Noon – 2pm. Lunch break, rest time. Howard will individually meet the people at the workshop. Questions and Answers.

2pm – 5pm. Demonstrate the Parkinson’s Recipe for Recovery™. Howard will help participants understand how to do the Recipe, including modifying the exercises to meet with participants’individual needs or physical limitations, if any.

Parkinson’s disease is considered a progressively degenerative neurological disease from which there is no cure. Howard was diagnosed with Parkinson’s in 2009. Rather than accept the current prognosis of Parkinson’s, Howard decided to fight the disease and he developed his methodology know as the Parkinson’s Recipe for Recovery™. On June 12, 2010 Howard became fully recovered, symptom-free, and his neurologist has confirmed Howard’s full recovery.
