ToolHound Scores High Marks for Technical Support for Tool and Equipment Management

 
EDMONTON, Alberta - May 21, 2013 - PRLog -- ToolHound Inc., (http://www.toolhound.com/)., a leading global supplier of tool tracking systems, announced results of a recent customer survey exploring factors that most influence the purchase of tool inventory management solutions. Findings demonstrate that ToolHound’s technical support (http://www.toolhound.com/Client-Centre/toolhound-client-services.html) is rated very high in the industry, with more than 80 percent of respondents ranking it as excellent or good.

When asked what considerations are most important when choosing a supplier for tool tracking systems (http://www.toolhound.com/Toolhound-OnSite/toolhound-onsite.html), respondents overwhelmingly rated technical support as the number one factor. Other factors cited as important are customer service response time, online training and delivery time -- ToolHound scored high marks in each of these categories, as well as for user-friendly products.

The survey, conducted early this year, polled more than 200 ToolHound customers and prospects. Of those responding, 81 percent cited loss prevention as their primary reason for purchasing a tool and equipment management system, while 66 percent named inventory control. Survey participants represent a range of industries including construction, oil and gas, utilities, mining and equipment rental.
