Prior to joining the exciting new team at Copperfish, Dorsey served as the Executive Chef at SoHo’s sister location, Boca Kitchen Bar Market in Tampa, Florida. Over 10 years of hospitality experience and passion for the culinary arts, Dorsey has developed a colorful and vigorous style of fresh cuisine designed using the best growers and fisherman in the local area.
