PRLog -- Graduation from High School is a milestone and for the students from Branson School Online, a Colorado Public Online High School, it is a particularly significant and empowering day. Branson School Online High School was established in 2001. Over a decade later students choosing Online Public school are still referred to as pioneers. Well that being the case, the pioneers graduating on May 18, 2013 were poised in their presence and dynamic in delivery. The University of Colorado at Pueblo campus is a beautiful setting for recognizing all that these high school students have accomplished. With 22% of the class graduating with honors, 14% graduating as members of the National Honor Society it was little surprise that the speech given by the Valedictorian, Jordan Cunningham, was spell binding. The audience was captured by the sharing of her journey which was the essence of determination, perseverance and capability resulting in admiration. While this day was truly the stage of the graduates they are unique again in that they share the event by encouraging incoming freshmen to do their best and provide wisdom that only a seasoned veteran would know to give. Branson School Online middle school students are a part of the days celebration as advancing to Branson School Online High School. Their promotion is recognized formally and with ceremony and the support in the way of a specially prepared and delivered speech by a graduating Senior is both touching and practical. Those who successfully accomplish the goal of high school graduation with Branson School Online have experience as to what works and what will impede progress toward the goal of graduation. Imparting this wisdom is a genuine and selfless passing of the gauntlet of self discipline and success to those entering this phase of life.
