By providing a free webportal to the Non-Profit and/or Charity that features real estate and other professional services and products, those providers of services and products pledge 10% of their profits back to the Non-Profit and/or Charity.

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. - May 21, 2013 - PRLog -- May 20, 2013 – Scottsdale, Arizona, U.S.A. The Directors of ExtremeGive.org announced today the launch of their new website located at www.extremegive.org. Headquartered in Scottsdale, Arizona, ExtremeGive.org is an Arizona Non-Profit corporation that is launching an innovative sales system for other charities and non-profits who will use the system to promote professional services and products for sale. Each seller on the webportal pledges a certain percentage back to the charity as a donation.

“ExtremeGive.org’s program is incredibly effective as it is built upon the simple premise that the more you receive, the more you are able to give,” stated Todd J. Sullivan J.D., managing Director for the non-profit. Using this simple formula, the program is built around a sales system that the charity promotes to its members, friends and associates. By directing traffic to the charity’s webportal, the sellers of the services and products have pledged 10% of the transaction back to the charity. For each service or product, there is only one seller. For instance, under real estate, only one realtor will be promoted, one lender and one title and escrow company.

A good example is using a real estate transaction. A school promotes their ExtremeGive.org webportal to their students and parents. Suzy, knowing her parents are looking for a new home, tells her parents about the program. After looking at the schools’ webportal, the parents contact the realtor and lender that are promoted on the webportal. Suzy’s parents purchase a $300,000 home and borrow $250,000 from the lender. This simple transaction yields $1,350 in donations. In one simple transaction, the school raised more money than all the bake sales from the prior year.

The program is free to non-profits and charities in Arizona and California. “We’ve had an amazing launch” stated Scott Mickelson, Co-Director of ExtremeGive.org. “In less than a week, we’ve signed up six Phoenix, Arizona Charter Schools and 14 more charities have been reserved by sellers of products and services that want to participate in the program.”

Once non-profits and charities in Arizona and California are involved in the program, ExtremeGive.org will extend the system to additional states.

“This is absolutely the most dynamic and game changing business that I have ever hear of – it is creating a new sales channel using the members, friends and associates of non-profits and charities to create reoccurring revenue streams of the form of donations back to those non-profits and charities,” stated Scott Mickelson.
