WhisperRoom, Inc. Donates Audio Booth to SkillsUSA!

MORRISTOWN, Tenn. - May 20, 2013 - PRLog -- WhisperRoom™, Inc., the leader in sound isolation technology is donating an audio booth to SkillsUSA for use at the 49th National Leadership and Skills Conference!  Skills USA is a partnership of students, educators and industry leaders working together to promote an educated and experienced work force of young adults.   The SkillsUSA Championships will be held on Thursday, June 27th in H. Roe Bartle Hall and Municipal Auditorium in Kansas City, MO.  Nearly 6,000 outstanding career and technical education students - all state contest winners - will compete hands-on in 98 different trade, technical and leadership fields, including Audio/Radio Production.

WhisperRoom has donated a MDL 4848 (4’ x 4’) booth to be used annually in the SkillsUSA Audio/Radio Production Contest, the fastest growing contest at the conference.  WhisperRoom has a long history of working with educational institutions at the high school level as well as post-secondary level.  “We have seen substantial growth in audio/radio production-related programs both at the middle-school and high-school levels. These specialized programs are getting more academic funding, and more popular as this industry grows.  We are proud to collaborate with SkillsUSA and to be able to contribute a WhisperRoom for this event,” says Debbie Sweany, Sales Manager at WhisperRoom.
