Enfield children’s nursery is ‘Outstanding’ says Ofsted

ENFIELD, U.K. - May 20, 2013 - PRLog -- ‘Outstanding’ Enfield Day Nursery, part of the nationwide nursery chain, Asquith, received high praise throughout, with the inspector identifying the pre-school education that children receive as "inspirational".

The confidence and happiness of the nursery’s children is evident, and the inspector commented: "Children are gaining the skills and attitudes they need to be ready for school or their next stage of learning."

Enfield Day Nursery, based in the David Lloyd Club, offers children fantastic facilities and many new and exciting opportunities to understand the world around them. Interactive technology, including a SMART whiteboard and touch-screen computer, supports numeracy, literacy and communication development, while three gardens enable children to investigate and explore the great outdoors.

Nursery Manager Gemma Lester is thrilled by her team’s achievement. Gemma commented: "This is a wonderful way for the hard work and dedication of the staff to be rewarded. We are all so proud to have received the ‘Outstanding’ status and will continue to work towards providing children with new and exciting opportunities."
