Bismark Del Villar I Slated to Deliver Session at Toastmasters District 83 Conference

Entrepreneur Bismark Del Villar I will present workshop “Results Oriented Leadership” at the Toastmasters International District 83 Annual Spring Conference planned for Saturday, May 18 at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Newark Airport, 128 Frontage Road in Newark, NJ.

During Bismark’s workshop, you will discover that this is a leadership workshop like no other. Participants will not listen to a laundry list of complex and difficult to follow theories on leadership. Making use of real life anecdotes and the most recent information published by major authorities such as the Harvard Business review, and Korn Ferry International, Bismark, with his dynamic and energetic delivery, will guide participants through an informative and entertaining learning session which they will remember and be inspired to apply immediately.

Hundreds of Toastmasters members in the Metropolitan New Jersey, Rockland County, Staten Island area — as well as their family, friends, and the general public — will gather together to attend educational presentations on how to sharpen their public speaking, communication and leadership skills.

In addition to the conference educational sessions, District 83’s top-notch speakers will compete in the District 83 International Speech Contest scheduled for Saturday and the District 83 International Evaluation Contest for Sunday morning. Both days of the conference promise to be packed with fun, excitement and learning.

About Bismark Del Villar I

Bismark Del Villar believes that excellence in leadership determines an individual’s future, and that public speaking is a crucial component toward that end.

At age 15, he graduated from Perth Amboy High School. He then joined the US Army as an enlisted man, where he entered and graduated top of his class from the Chief Warrant Officer Flight Training Program.  Bismark received two honorable discharges -- the last one as a Chief Warrant Officer Aviator. During his term in the Armed Forces, Bismark attended the University of Maryland and obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Aeronautical Science from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University.

Post military service, Del Villar has distinguished himself in business and has served as a middle and senior level manager at Fortune 500 companies. He believes that attitude, more so than aptitude, truly determines your altitude in life. As a successful entrepreneur, he has lead individuals as well as corporations to success.  He is currently President of The Bismark Group, an organization devoted to developing the traits necessary for individuals to reach their potential personally and professionally.

Always believing that serving his community and self-empowerment is important, Bismark is a board member of Big Brothers and Big Sisters of America, a trustee for New Jersey Community Initiative (NJCI), the treasurer and CFO for the Hispanic Political Action Committee(HPAC) and serves as V.P. of Education for NJCU (New Jersey City University) Toastmasters.
