James Bickley, leading e-discovery strategist at TransPerfect, to join ACEDS Advisory Board

MIAMI - May 16, 2013 - PRLog -- The Association of Certified E-Discovery Specialists today announced the appointment to its Advisory Board of James Bickley, Managing Director of E-Discovery and Consulting Services at TransPerfect Legal Solutions in Washington, DC.     Mr. Bickley, among the first persons to earn the Certified E-Discovery Specialist credential, is a respected industry veteran whose high-profile engagements include matters before the US Justice Department, Securities and Exchange Commission and Federal Trade Commission.     A senior member of TransPerfect’s ESI Discovery Team, he advises law firms, corporations and government entities on a wide variety of e-discovery issues to limit the scope and costs associated with document review and production.
