s ESI Discovery Team, he advises law firms, corporations and government entities on a wide variety of e-discovery issues to limit the scope and costs associated with document review and production. He has managed all elements of e-discovery in antitrust and intellectual property disputes, second request investigations, corporate compliance actions and cases brought under the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.
