Stu Braks Featured in Western Art Collector Magazine

Stu Braks, creator of the StuART Drums art company, was featured in Western Art Collector magazine which details an upcoming art show during Memorial Day weekend in Prescott, Az.

May 15, 2013 - PRLog -- An award winning painter and maker of Native American art, Stu Braks was featured in the May issue of the Western Art Collector.  He is mentioned in an article that reveals the many new, and established artists participating in the annual Phippen Museum’s Art Show and Sale.  Braks and many other artists will be displaying their art pieces on Memorial Day weekend, showing off the range and beauty of western art.  This will be Braks second appearance at the show, last year earning a ribbon for his art.  In the article, he had this to say about the event “It was an honor to be among some of the most talented Western artists in the country and I really look forward to this Memorial Day weekend.”

Braks became a full time artist in 2011, leading him to create his own art company, StuART Drums.  He is widely known for painting astounding portraits of Native American faces.  He specializes in handmade Native American drums, where he paints these faces on with acrylics.  Through StuART Drums, Braks also offers a wide range of other items such as percussions and other accessories.
