Denver Company Makes a Big Splash

DENVER - May 16, 2013 - PRLog -- Denver-based social network for philanthropy, SoRewarding, is teaming up with The Dive Inn to host a special benefit event for the local chapter of Save the Mermaids this month.

Save the Mermaids is a non-profit organization started by a group of friends in California whose love for the ocean inspired them to create a program to keep it beautiful and healthy. The Mermaids act as ambassadors to the sea by educating the public about human-sourced ocean pollution and advocating for lifestyles and behaviors that preserve the ocean environment.

SoRewarding’s event will not only showcase an amazing local non-profit but will also bring a new crowd to one of Denver’s newest dive bars. The Dive Inn is quickly becoming known for its fun, interactive atmosphere as well as its delicious taco bar.

SoRewarding’s goal is to involve a younger demographic in giving back to their community through integrating giving into daily activities. Partnering with Save the Mermaids is one way for SoRewarding to thank the nonprofit for advocating for the preservation of the ocean while hoping to inspire young Denverites to support the organization through “Good times for Great Causes.”
