QC Solutions releases FullCircle Web-Pro v 2.5

LAKE WORTH, Fla. - May 13, 2013 - PRLog -- Lake Worth Florida - Major new features have been added to our Pre-Funding module that reinforces that FullCircle Web-Pro is the premier Pre-Funding application available at any price. Not only is FullCircle Web-Pro extremely user friendly, but now it has introduced a new, built-in verification service that is available without leaving FullCircle. Most verifications are available and affordably priced. All verification ordered are stored indefinitely within FullCircle and meets Fannie Mae’s suggested guidelines. By the way, this same service is also available in our Post Closing module. This additional service is added so users will never have a need to leave the FullCircle program to order these reports, much the same as ordering credit reports.

These reports insure that critical loan data is verified both before a loan is issued and in the Post Closing QC Review, when necessary. It is anticipated that additional Verifications will be added in the future to satisfy customer requests.

Additionally, importing loans has been streamlined and can now be set up in a matter of seconds once a template is created using our standard guidelines in creating an import file. Creating an import file (.CSV) is automatic after users utilize the LOS export function following our written guide. The import function has been optimized and in a recent test, imported 1000 loans in less than 60 seconds.
