Ellen McCormick founded The Lost Dog Project in 2012 with the stated goal of reuniting every dog with their owner. The Project currently has over 2,500 followers on Facebook and typically posts photos of missing dogs in Pennsylvania's Luzerne and Lackawanna counties.
