The Springs at Carman Oaks, formerly known as Carman Oaks, begins construction of Memory Care apartments to the current Assisted Living and Independent Living senior living community in Lake Oswego.  The construction and enhancements will occur in several phases over the next few months.  The first phase will include one half of the Memory Care apartments and Assisted Living common areas, and will be completed in 3 months.  The second half of the Memory Care apartments will be completed 30 days later after phase one.

In addition, a separate project to being in August and take 6 months, will include enhancement of the entry, lobby, dining area to the main Independent Living building of The Springs at Carman Oaks.  This project will also include a Wellness Center and swimming pool, bistro pub and other enhanced common areas, as well as apartment enhancements when complete.

Todd Construction is the general contractor for this project, and the Myhre Group is the architect and interior design group- both are Portland based companies.
