Ahead of the imminent plans to make forced marriage a criminal offence in October 2013, this conference brings together multi-disciplined agencies to examine how best to develop specialist services to protect and support victims of honour based violence and forced marriage.

The programme focuses on the challenges of prevention, showcasing multi-agency working and information sharing to target and engage those most at risk as well as ensuring a collaborative approach to victim support for both women and men.
