Ralph led the company through its transition as a manufacturer of analog live sound products to its current state as an advanced manufacturer of DSP-based audio products. He is remembered for his keen wit, sharp business sense, big personality, good humor, and as a collector of volumes of useless information. His storytelling abilities were renowned, and his folksy demeanor was humble and genuine owing back to his Midwestern roots.
Ralph’s legacy is rooted in the hearts of those people he met. He believed that the true value of a business was in its people, not its things. He was a student of, and a developer of people.
No funeral or memorial services will be held for Ralph. His wife JB will ensure that his ashes are scattered in all of his favorite places around the world. Donations may be made to Hospice Maui, an organization that both Ralph and JB were grateful to. Their contact information is:
