Intellicus presents MOLAP on Hadoop at Enterprise Data World

SAN JOSE, Calif. - May 9, 2013 - PRLog -- Intellicus Technologies exhibited as a Silver sponsor in Enterprise Data World (EDW) – the business world’s most comprehensive educational event about data and information management. The event was held in San Diego April 28th – May 2nd, 2013 at Sheraton Hotel & Marina.

At the event Intellicus demonstrated its Big Data Analyses capabilities through MOLAP on Hadoop which takes the execution of the cube to Hadoop rather than bringing data out of Hadoop. Subsequently, Intellicus automatically creates Map reduce jobs which are required to analyze the data.

To showcase this Intellicus used data from an Internet Service Providers (ISP), which has huge data to process and analyze as it captures every web request that goes through it. Intellicus’ Dashboards and Graphs showed the continents from which majority of traffic was coming.  Further drilling showed the pattern for different states of the selected country. Further, the IP usage pattern was monitored to identify the customers with highest usage.
