As three Cleveland women reunited with their families on Tuesday after vanishing for about a decade in their own neighborhood, police scoured the house they escaped from for clues on how they could be held captive for so long with no one noticing. Amanda Berry, Gina DeJesus and Michelle Knight bolted to freedom Monday after Berry's screams alerted a neighbor who helped her break free. (http://www.usatoday.com/story/news/nation/2013/05/07/missing-women-cleveland-brothers-arrested/2140359/)

“Praise God!” exclaimed Bishop Ricky Sinclair (http://www.rickysinclair.us) as he heard the news of the women found. “He is faithful! We can never give up hope.”

This is a miracle. So many times we just give up and lose hope. The rescue of these women should be an example of why one should never give up hope. God is a just and faithful God. No one will ever know the reasoning of why God does things the way He does but we just have to trust Him. Isaiah 55: 8 says, “’For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways,’ declares the Lord.” Also in Proverbs 3:5 it states, “Trust in the Lord with all your heart
and lean not on your own understanding.”

We have to know that God is in control of all things and we have to trust that whatever is going on will work out for the best. The Bible says in Isaiah 57 that some are taken early to save them from the calamity of this world. Death in the natural is sad and sorrowful but when you can look at in the spirit and see that God may be saving that individual from a life of torment or hurt we can then rejoice in death.

Today we can rejoice in the release and freedom of these precious women and the child. Rescued with them on Monday was a 6-year-old girl who police said was Berry's daughter. She would have been conceived and born during Berry's captivity. These women and child will be able to one day minister to others on this subject, but for now we just need to pray for their state of mind and peace in their lives.

“It will take some time for their lives to become even close to normal. I am just praying for peace to them and their families. May God’s Spirit comfort them and guide them.” This is a prayer from Ricky Sinclair and Miracle Place Church in Baker, LA. “We are a praying church and have seen many miracles take place in people’s lives, “says Bishop Ricky Sinclair, “In fact if anyone need prayer they should not hesitate to call us at 225-775-4321, we are waiting to pray for you.”
