May 8, 2013 - PRLog -- In this post, Challenge Fat Loss review, I am going to talk about Shawna Kaminski's brand new fat loss program - Challenge Fat Loss.

This will be a brief over view of the whole program that is on offer. I will tell you exactly what CFL is, how it works and what you get for your money - and then finally I'll sum up whether or not CFL is worth your investment or not.

So let's start with....what exactly is Challenge Fat Loss?

Challenge Fat Loss was built by Shawna Kaminski, an ex bodybuilding champion from Canada.

Unlike her last program, CFL was solely built from the ground up to help people burn fat. The previous edition was more challenge based, where-as this one still holds the core principles of the last program in regards to the challenge aspect of training, but it's also specifically designed to help you burn fat and lose weight and ultimately get lean.

So what's on offer?

Workouts

When you first get to the download page you are given 16, 20 minute workout videos.

These videos are not only designed to show you exactly what to do when trying to burn fat, but they are also cleverly designed in such a way where they motivate you too.

Exercise Library
This part of the program comes in the form of a PDF. Every exercise is presented with clear pictures and a detailed description.

Bonus Gift 1
Shawna pulls back the curtains on some of the best nutrition tactics I have read. Like I mention in my full in depth review, I would have liked to see this as part of the main program as I'm not sure if it will be available after the launch week. This PDF focuses on using one of the newest additions to the fitness world - suspension exercises. The downside to this is if you don't have any straps then you're going to be hard pressed about using this part of the program!

Summery:

After reading through the PDF's, watching the workout videos AND actually doing one of these workouts yesterday I cant honestly say Shawna Kaminski's Challenge Fat Loss program has been brilliantly put together.
