Workshop on Workplace Bullying Scheduled for June

BRADENTON, Fla. - May 7, 2013 - PRLog -- Jennifer Hancock, author of The Bully Vaccine and cofounder of the Stop Bullying International Coalition is hosting an online workshop for HR professionals on the topic of workplace bullying starting June 15th 2013.

Jennifer’s book, The Bully Vaccine, caused a stir when it was first released last year.  Since then over 12,000 people have downloaded her book.  
What makes her approach to stopping bullies unique is that she doesn’t teach platitudes or general principles. Instead, Jennifer teaches people the science of how to get bullies to stop using operant conditioning techniques she learned while training dolphins in Hawaii.

Her simple and pragmatic approach and the fact that this really does work has earned her the accolades of teachers, social workers and mental health professionals alike.

Jennifer’s workshop, Workplace Bullying for HR Professionals, has been approved for 6 (General ) recertification credit hours toward PHR, SPHR and GPHR recertification through the HR Certification Institute.   Note: This  is not an endorsement by the HR Certification Institute of the quality of the program. It means that this program has met the HR Certification Institute’s criteria to be pre-approved for recertification credit.

This online course is being hosted by Humanist Learning Systems and will feature video lessons, handouts, lecture notes and additional materials.  All participants will receive a free copy of The Bully Vaccine and will have access to Ms. Hancock to ask questions, receive feedback and interact with their fellow students.
