The 3rd Annual Miss Overtown Usa Pageant Hosted By Local 10’s Mj Acosta To Take Place May 11th

May 4, 2013 - PRLog -- WHO: The 3rd Annual Miss Overtown USA/ Miss Teen Overtown USA Pageant, the official local preliminary to the prestigious Miss Florida USA and Miss Teen Florida USA Pageant, seeks to define what it means to be a courageous, compassionate and confidant young woman of Overtown, Miami. After being crowned, the Titleholders embark on a year unlike anything else; receiving exciting prizes, scholarship money, becoming a representative for their community, participating in charity and social events and acquiring the experiences and values to help fulfill future educational, career and community goals. This year’s ceremony will be hosted by Local 10’s Entertainment Reporter and Traffic Anchor, MJ Acosta.

WHAT: The crowning of Miss Overtown USA/Miss Teen Overtown in the 3rd annual ceremony

WHERE: Booker T. Washington Senior High School

WHEN:  Doors open at 4:30 and the event will take place at 5:00 PM
